First Council Casino Hotel is a beautiful new tres story - 86 room hotel attached to the First Council Casino and Council Bluff Event Center. A spacious breakfast room with a complimentary full hot breakfast bufé is available every morning. Historical photos and original native american art adorne the halls and rooms of the hotel to create a wonderfully unique decor reflecting the rich history of the Otoe-Missouria tribe.
